Building a relationship with yourself and your own life.
With who you are. With what is happening around you. With the problems life brings. And ultimately, with other people.
This is an experiential workshop using Phenomenological Constellations and Life Integration Process (LIP). You can bring a relationship, conflict, decision, recurring pattern, symptom, work situation, feeling of being stuck — or simply yourself and your life.
What happens at the workshop?
We work in a small group. You can explore your own topic or participate as a representative for others.
Instead of only talking, we bring situations into the space using people, positions, objects and movement. We observe what becomes visible and experience the situation from a different perspective.
No previous experience is needed.
Life Integration Process
LIP, developed by Wilfried Nelles, works with different stages of life and consciousness — from prenatal life through childhood and adolescence to adulthood.
We meet and integrate these earlier parts of ourselves from where we stand today.
The focus is on here and now, our adult life, and the direction that is emerging from it.
Sometimes a constellation brings clarity or movement. Sometimes it changes our relationship with something we have been fighting for a long time.
