Building a relationship with yourself and your own life.
A relationship. A difficult decision. A change of direction. A problem that keeps returning.
Sometimes you can describe exactly what is happening. Sometimes you only feel that something needs your attention.
I offer systemic and phenomenological coaching, individual constellation sessions and group workshops. My work brings together conversation, symbolic images and direct experience.
You can bring your situation as it is. We will find a way to explore it together.
My approach
Life happens. No fixing required.
We often spend enormous amounts of energy trying to solve, change or get rid of what we do not want.
The same conflict. The same exhaustion. The same relationship pattern. The same difficult decision.
My work offers a space to meet what is there and build a more honest relationship with it.
With your own experience. With the past that has already happened. With other people. And with the life unfolding in front of you.
Sometimes the situation changes. Sometimes our relationship with it changes. Sometimes that opens a possibility we could not see before.
Tarot & Phenomenological Coaching
Where symbols meet reality.
For years, I felt comfortable telling people I was a coach. It took much longer to tell people that I also work with cards.
I got my first tarot deck for my 10th birthday.
Magic, witches, old stories, symbols and worlds hidden behind everyday reality fascinated me long before that. To be fair, they still do. My friends make fun of me for it — but they always enjoy watching Practical Magic with me.
By the age of 13, people started visiting me for readings.
We talked about relationships. Family. Money. Fear. Business. Life.
Looking back, it resembled coaching much more than fortune telling.
Over the years, I trained as a systemic coach, worked with leaders and teams, supported organisations through change, and spent thousands of hours in conversations about what it means to be human.
Today, these experiences come together in ŽIVA — my own cards and book of stories and questions.
I use ŽIVA in individual sessions to explore what is happening in your life. An image can give us somewhere to begin, bring an unexpected association or help you put an experience into words.
We may look at a relationship, a decision, a recurring pattern or the different possibilities in front of you. We also explore the wider context — the people, expectations and systems that shape your experience.
Some sessions use cards. Others unfold through conversation or constellation work.

Phenomenological Constellations
Some problems cannot be solved from the same place where they were created.
Constellations allow us to step outside our usual perspective and encounter a situation differently.
We bring it into the space. We may work with representatives, objects, cards, positions, movement or simple observation. The work can happen individually or in a group.
My roots are in family and systemic constellations. Today, I work mainly with phenomenological constellations, with attention centred on the person — their life, their experience and their direction.
Family, relationships and the systems we belong to remain part of that picture. We explore how you relate to them from where you stand today.
What is happening in your life? What keeps asking for your attention? What can you acknowledge, and what step feels possible?
The process unfolds through observing what emerges. There is space to notice something you may have overlooked, encounter your situation from another position and discover your own response.

Life Integration Process — LIP
Meeting your own life as it is.
Life Integration Process, developed by Wilfried Nelles, is a specific form of constellation work grounded in phenomenological psychology.
Its attention is on your relationship with yourself and the life you have lived.
From your present perspective, you observe earlier stages of your life — the unborn child, childhood and adolescence. You give attention to who you were, the circumstances you lived through and what belongs to each stage.
The process creates space to acknowledge your own history and recognise how you relate to it now.
In a small group, participants can explore their own process or take part as representatives. The work unfolds through observation and direct experience, with time for integration.

What can we explore together?
- Relationships and family.
- Recurring patterns and conflicts.
- Important decisions and life transitions.
- Work, career and direction.
- Exhaustion and ongoing pressure.
- Leadership and team relationships.
- Your relationship with yourself and your own life.
A first conversation
You can simply bring what is asking for your attention right now.
We can meet in an office, during a walk through Ljubljana, or on a terrace by the river with decent coffee or a glass of pelinkovec.
Get in touch, and we can explore what kind of session or workshop would suit you.
Cards on the table. Life included.
