What if nothing in your life needs to be fixed — only seen and integrated?
LIP offers a direct experience of meeting your life as it is, and discovering the potential that has always been there.
What is LIP and what is it for?
Life Integration Process (LIP), developed by Wilfried Nelles, is a unique form of inner work based on phenomenological psychology and constellation practice (family constellations). It focuses on integrating different stages of your life — from the unborn child, through childhood and adolescence, to your present adult self.
The aim is not to analyze or fix the past, but to see it clearly and accept it as it was. Through this, inner tension softens and a natural connection to your own direction and potential becomes accessible.
What makes LIP different?
- It does not focus on relationships with others or family dynamics, but purely on your relationship to yourself.
- It works from the present moment — not by “going back” to fix the past, but by recognizing that the past is over and integrating it now.
- The process is based on a clear map of human consciousness development (7 stages of life).
- Change happens through acceptance, not through effort or correction.
How does it work?
We will work in a small group using a constellation format:
- Participants can work on their own theme or take part as representatives.
- You will be guided through a structured process of observing your life stages.
- The focus is on direct experience rather than discussion or interpretation.
- Each process unfolds in its own rhythm, with space for integration.
You do not need prior experience — only willingness to look at your life as it is.

Do you still wonder when adulthood truly begins?
You finished school. Your ID says you are an adult.
Maybe you already work, live alone, got married, or have children.
And maybe you are 25, 40, 50, or 60 years old — and still somewhere inside asking:
What does adulthood actually mean?
Many people wait for a moment when they will finally feel fully adult.
More certain. More stable. More ready.
But life does not work like that.
When I finished university, one of the first things I did was go to a bank and open a savings account.
I thought adulthood must somehow look like this.
Responsible decisions. Serious behaviour.
I was searching for proof that I had finally become an adult.
Until I slowly realised:
THERE IS NO MANUAL FOR ADULTS.
LIP is not about improving yourself or becoming someone else.
It is an opportunity to look at your life differently.
To see what is already behind you.
What you already survived.
What you already managed.
And maybe recognise something simple:
You are here.
Now.
Reading these words.
Sometimes adulthood begins exactly there.
Not in becoming someone new, but in meeting your own life as it already is.
