When life keeps repeating itself.
When effort no longer brings movement.
Life keeps bringing back the same conversation.
Only the characters change.
The same conflict.
The same argument in a different relationship.
The same exhaustion after another job change.
The same tension in a new team.
The same symptom.
The same decision they have been postponing for years.
What are phenomenological constellations?
Phenomenological constellations offer an opportunity to encounter a situation from a different perspective.
Some problems cannot be solved from the same place where they were created.
Constellations create a space where we can step outside our usual explanations, assumptions and reactions and see a situation with fresh eyes.
They can be done individually or in a group.
We may work with representatives, objects, space, movement or simple observation. The form matters less than what becomes visible.
Family matters. Life matters too.
I started with family & systemic constellations.
They taught me to look beyond the individual and pay attention to relationships, context and the systems we are part of.
Over time, however, my work became increasingly phenomenological.
Family matters. Our parents & ancestors matter.
We do not arrive in life as a blank page.
We carry our history with us, whether we are aware of it or not.
At the same time, I do not believe every difficulty needs to be explained through previous generations.
As Bert Hellinger said:
“The history has the right to stay in the past.”
What is life asking from you today?
The relationship that exists now.
The decision that needs to be made now.
The symptom that is present now.
The conflict that is happening now.
Topics people bring
- relationships and family
- important life decisions
- career transitions
- burnout and chronic pressure
- leadership challenges
- team conflicts
My approach
I am less interested in helping people become a better version of themselves.
I am more interested in helping them have a more honest relationship with reality.
Phenomenological constellations do not ignore the past.
They simply recognise that life is happening here and now.
For me, constellations are not primarily about finding explanations.
They are about creating a different encounter with reality — and a different relationship with ourselves.
Reality is often much simpler, harsher, funnier and more alive than the stories we tell about it.
First conversation
If life keeps bringing back the same conversation, perhaps it is worth looking at it from a different place.
We can start with a conversation in an office.
During a walk through Ljubljana.
Or on a noisy terrace by the river with decent coffee and a glass of pelinkovec.
